Shipping policy

All of our items are shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured. We do not ship any other way. We want to make sure that there is a tracking number and insurance for every piece that we sell while also making sure that you get your items as quickly and as economically as possible.

If you are insistent on overnight delivery of your piece(s), we can also ship via FedEx, but there will be a significant additional shipping charge. When you order, send us an email regarding your shipping preference, and we will let you know about additional shipping charges.

It is ESSENTIAL you read our RETURN POLICY before purchase, as all purchases are FINAL!  Please email or call with sizing or connector changes, as we can modify any piece(s) prior to shipping. Any of the following reasons are beyond our control, and may delay shipping or design modifications:

   *Being unable to contact the customer regarding special order items

   *Incorrect billing or shipping address Problems or issues regarding payment

   *Delays attributed directly to the shipping carrier

   *Natural disaster or other significant local event
