Refund policy

As all pieces are unique, ALL Sales are FINAL. You must email us to tell us what size you need or what connectors you need and we will adjust the piece before shipping. We would love to create the piece you need! It only takes one day to size and or change connectors so it generally would not even delay shipping! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR SIZING, AS WE DO NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT RESIZING. We recommend that you carefully size wrist(s) and/or neck with a Tailor's measuring tape rather than an industrial tape measure to get accurate sizing. If our jewelry cannot be EXACTLY resized to your measurements due to bead constraints, we will err on the side of a larger measurement. We will be as absolutely close to your exact measurements as we can be and still maintain the design that you see on our webpage. If you desire sizing updates, simply request that at checkout. We will be happy to accommodate you!

If you take proper care of your jewelry, you should have many seasons of luster and beauty from your stones. We recommend the following care of your Nature's Beauty Wearable Art: DO NOT USE SOAP, HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS, OR SHAMPOO TO CLEAN YOUR ITEMS! The use of harsh cleansers like these agents will destroy the polish of any of our beautiful stones, and destroy the coatings on any copper, sterling silver, or plated beads. To clean your jewelry, use an ultrasonic bath with a certified ultrasonic jewelry cleaning solution. For sterling silver or copper spacer beads that have become tarnished with time, we recommend cleaning them individually with a jewelry polishing cloth. DO NOT USE HARSH ABRASIVE CLEANSERS ON PLATED BEADS OR ON POLISHED STONES AS THAT WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH! As with any jewelry item, the more abuse it takes, the more likely it is to lose its luster over time. However, we do our best to wear-test all of our stones and beads before putting them in any of our art to help ensure that you will have a beautiful piece of jewelry that will last for years to come!

We ship all pieces via USPS Priority Mail Insured, so that if it's damaged during shipping, we will replace it. If you receive a damaged package, you need to notify us immediately by phone (preferably) or email (alternately) BEFORE you open the package! If a damage package is opened, jewelry is no longer eligible for exchanges or refunds.
